It’s the stage when opportunities for change and improvement are identified, along with potential savings to be gained by the project’s implementation. The Project The second stage, which is longer, is when the Profiter Methodology is applied by a team of full-time consultants. It’s also when the opportunities for change and improvement, identified during the initial stage, are developed and implemented, and all personnel involved go through orientation and training. Continuity The third stage is designed for the transference of technology to our client. That’s what will assure the progress and continuity generated by the changes proposed and implemented, and the sustainability of the results provided by the partnership between client and Profiter Consulting. |
